Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully — these Terms and Conditions form the Agreement governing your purchase and participation in any program, course, product, or service (collectively referred to as “Program”) offered by Queen Bee Finance (legal: Skin Relief Pty Ltd) (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By purchasing or enrolling in any of our Programs, you (“Client”, “you”, or “participant”) agree to the following terms.

1. Program Overview

Queen Bee Finance Pty Ltd agrees to provide educational content, digital resources, and/or coaching services designed to help Clients understand and manage their business finances with clarity and confidence.
You agree to abide by all Program guidelines and policies as a condition of participation.

2. Disclaimer

Client understands that Queen Bee Finance Pty, its founder, and team members are not acting as a lawyer, financial planner, tax advisor, therapist, or medical professional.
All Program materials and coaching are for educational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, accounting, or medical advice.

Participation in any Program does not guarantee:

Specific business, financial, or personal results;
Future income, revenue, or success;
Access to the founder’s professional network or media exposure; or
Ongoing mentorship after Program completion.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

3. Financial Obligation

You are responsible for completing all payments associated with your purchase, whether paid upfront or through a payment plan.
Failure to complete payments may result in referral to a collections agency and termination of Program access.

4. Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
By enrolling in a payment plan, you authorize automatic recurring charges to your nominated payment method.

5. Refund Policy

Unless a refund policy is explicitly stated on the specific Program’s enrollment page, all sales are final and non-refundable.

If a refund period is offered, you must request a refund in writing to hello@queenbeefinance.com within the specified time frame.
Refund requests received after the stated period will not be honored.

All refunds are at the sole discretion of Queen Bee Finance Pty Ltd.
Refunds will not be granted in cases where materials (videos, PDFs, templates, or downloads) have been accessed or used.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy, and you agree to respect ours.
All information shared within Programs — including ideas, discussions, and personal or business details — is confidential and proprietary.

You agree not to share, copy, distribute, or disclose any confidential information or materials belonging to the Company or other participants.

Both parties agree to protect all confidential information from misuse, theft, or unauthorized disclosure.

7. Client Responsibility

Our Programs are designed for education and empowerment. You are 100% responsible for your own progress, actions, and results.

Queen Bee Finance makes no warranties or guarantees about results, success, or income.
Individual outcomes vary depending on effort, application, and external factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

You agree that you participate in any Program at your own risk.
Queen Bee Finance and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation, misuse, or interpretation of our Programs or materials.

9. Non-Disparagement

You agree not to make or encourage any public or private statements that may reasonably be viewed as derogatory or damaging to Queen Bee Finance, its founder, team members, or clients.
We extend the same professional courtesy and respect to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Queen Bee Finance, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation or actions related to the Program.

11. Intellectual Property

All materials provided through our Programs — including videos, templates, guides, frameworks, and brand assets — are the exclusive property of Queen Bee Finance and protected under copyright law.

You receive a single-user, non-transferable license for personal use only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

Any unauthorized use constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.

12. Independent Contractor Relationship

Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, or joint-venture relationship. Both parties operate independently.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or inability to perform obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

14. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

15. Assignment

You may not transfer or assign your rights under this Agreement without our prior written consent.

16. Modification

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and deemed effective upon publication.

17. Termination

Queen Bee Finance Pty Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation without refund if you breach these Terms, disrupt Program delivery, or engage in unethical behavior.
You remain liable for any outstanding payments.

18. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt good-faith negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes will be handled through confidential arbitration in New South Wales, Australia.
Each party is responsible for its own legal costs.

19. Equitable Relief

If a breach involves intellectual property or confidentiality, the Company may seek immediate injunctive relief to prevent further harm.

20. Notices

All correspondence may be sent via email to hello@queenbeefinance.com.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior communications.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

21. SMS and Email Communication

By providing your contact details, you consent to receive occasional emails or text messages containing updates, offers, and Program information.
You may opt out at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in emails or replying “STOP” to SMS messages.

22. Earnings Disclaimer

Every effort has been made to accurately represent our Programs and their potential.
However, no financial or business outcomes are guaranteed.
Your success depends entirely on your effort, consistency, and business conditions.
Any testimonials or examples are not promises or typical results.

Our Programs are not “get-rich-quick” schemes. They are designed to educate, empower, and guide you in making informed business decisions.
