The intention is that within 3 sessions over 3 days: You will transform how you see your business, your finances, understand key metrics and move from: confusion to clarity and confidence. No more guesswork, or second guessing yourself, just a tangible plan to reclaim your power and finish 2025 strong and in control.

What Is The Micro Coaching Package?

We will have 3 x 45 minutes one-on-one coaching sessions. All sessions must be booked over 3 successive business days (so we can maintain momentum). The sessions will work as follows:

Session 1: We meet and I get to understand you and your business goals

Session 2: We walk through your current business systems, finance processes & map out financial metrics 

Session 3: We will create a 90 day roadmap, how you can transform your 90 business goal, with key financial metrics that break down your goal into achievable actions.

At the end of the 3 days: You will have a PDF roadmap for you to keep and implement. At the end of our last session (only if it will be helpful for you), I may present you with more information on our coaching packages, but there is absolutely no obligation to proceed with this.

The roadmap is a standalone deliverable and will help you gain traction within your business now.

Hi, I’m Geeta Powani — founder of Queen Bee Finance, Chartered Accountant, business coach, and multi-business owner. I'm obsessed with all things business, I've completed a degree in Business (in Accounting and Finance), a postgraduate qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants (CPA, in the USA), and certifications in business coaching, neuro linguistic programming, reiki and energy healing.

I’ve worked in the Big 4 accounting/ consulting firms, been a university lecturer, teaching accounting and business, and I have also been in business for over a decade. By understanding the numbers in business, I was able to successfully build, grow, scale (increase the valuation), and sell my business.
